For senior tech professionals applying — and not getting interviews
You're applying. You're just not being seen.
We get you in front of the people who actually make hiring decisions — and handle the rest of the search — so the next interview isn't a coincidence.
You're doing everything right. The market just isn't responding.
Tailored resume. Custom cover letters. Applications sent the same day a role posts. And still — silence, a rejection email three weeks later, or nothing at all.
It's not you. It's the system.
Hundreds of applications land on the same posting within days, most never reach a human, and the ones that do are skimmed in seconds. You're competing in a process that was never built to notice you.
The fix isn't a better application. It's skipping the line entirely.
Most job searches run on volume — apply to more roles, hope the odds catch up. But odds don't improve when everyone else is doing the same thing.
The roles that move fastest are the ones where someone gets in front of the actual decision-maker before the applicant pool even forms. That's not a loophole. It's how hiring has always worked at the senior level — relationships and direct access outperform the inbox every time.
That's the search we run for you.

How it actually works
Position
We rebuild your resume and LinkedIn around the roles you actually want next.
Discover
We identify the roles that genuinely fit and the hiring managers behind them.
Execute
We reach out directly to the actual hiring manager, not into a queue of hundreds.
Prepare
We make sure you're ready — the company, the role, what they're looking for.
Land the offer
Not more interviews for the sake of interviews — an offer you actually want.
We've done this before.
Before The Offer Guild, our team spent years inside the reverse-recruiting industry, running search professionally for senior tech leaders. We've sat across from people on the worst weeks of their careers and the best ones.
One client came to us laid off, his wife terminally ill, hospital visits stacking up, and the insurance that used to cover it gone with the job. He didn't have months. We didn't treat it like a normal search. He had an offer in under two months.
That's what we built this company to keep doing. Not a stat — a deadline that actually mattered.
Most people job hunting on their own assume the market will go back to "normal" if they wait it out. It won't — it hasn't been easy since 2022, and the people landing roles are the ones adapting how they search. The other mistake: assuming hiring managers don't want direct outreach. They're buried in applications they'll never read — a direct, well-placed message is often the only thing that gets seen.
We're a young company. By design, we're working closely with a small number of clients right now, the same way we'd want to be worked with — not running this at volume. That won't always be true. Right now, it means the people running your search are the same people you talk to.
Who this works best for
This works best if:
- You're actively applying and not getting traction — not exploring "someday," actually in the search right now.
- You're willing to show up for it — prep calls, feedback, the occasional ask on your end. We run the search; we don't run it without you.
- You're ready to move if the right offer comes — not testing the market out of curiosity.
This isn't for you if:
- You're looking for a staffing agency — we work for you, not for the employer filling a seat.
- You want to hand it off completely and not be involved until an offer shows up. That's not how this works, and we'd rather tell you now than have you find out in week three.
- You're not actively searching yet. If that's where you are, this isn't the wrong idea — it's just not the right time.
How the engagement works
We're not a flat fee with no stake in the outcome, and we're not an open-ended commitment with no boundaries either. Our structure sits in between, deliberately.
A fixed amount upfront, which covers the work that happens regardless of outcome — positioning, search strategy, hiring-manager outreach, interview prep. Then a success-based component, paid only once you accept an offer.
The exact structure is set during your initial strategy call, based on your situation, your target roles, and where you are in your search.
See if this is the right fit.
Tell us a bit about where you are, then grab a time that works for you. No pressure, no scripts — just a real conversation about what's not working and whether we're actually the right people to help.
